While choosing kitchen curtains, shutters and blinds, my personal preference has always been to get ones that are at least a size larger than the window, because you get the lovely, fluttering-in-the-breeze effect that way. As for shapes, there’s no end to the variety, from a fan-swag to a flower-box, and the materials vary widely too, from woven lace curtains, to floral crochet curtains, to bridal flower tier curtains. And colours are a riot too, though the best way to choose, in my opinion, is to make sure the curtains match the counters and tabletops. But avoid too-dark tones, whatever colour your cabinets are. You can get good discount kitchen curtains by purchasing online, they will be cheap but still need to be measured and fitted.
